10.PeHD-Fittings of Pressure Pipes

Salling Plast is capable of producing all types of PeHD-fittings of pressure pipes available on the market.

Pressure pipe fittings are typically produced of traditional PeHD(100)-materials that meet standard DS2119. Other materials can be used in the production.

The most used pressure stages are PN6.3 (SDR26), PN10 (SDR17) and PN16 (SDR11), but both higher and lower stages can be used.

All fittings can be supplied with flange sets (flange and ring). We do not keep flange sets in stock.

In principle, there are unlimited dimension sizes and all inquiries are treated with great expertise.

All possible types and combinations can be supplied to meet the needs of the individual customer. 

 

10.1.Bends

Bends can be found in a number of varieties, where bending angels, No. of segments and lengths all vary.

Typical bending angles are: 15° and 30° (without segment), 45° and 60° (1 segment) and 90° (2 segments).

10.2. Flange Collar

 

The customer often supplies the flange collar, which we extend. It is often the case that the customer supplies a complete flange
set (flange and ring). 

 

10.3. Branch/Y-Pipe

Branches/Y-pipes are produced to meet
needs and requirements of the individual
customer.

10.4. Special Products

We also produce a range of products based on the individual customer’s needs and
