Salling Plast produces the PeHD-parts that are necessary for the production of all types of pre-insulated fittings.

All parts are produces in traditional PeHD-materials.

 

We have a wide range of standard parts, but can produce all variations to suit the requirements of our customers.

Our products fulfil the requirements stated in EN253.

 

Welding Reducers

Welding reducers can either be butt welded or extrusion welded directly on to the jacket
pipe and as such act as PeHD-parts in preinsulated fittings.

The standard length is 400-700 mm; the length depends on dimension(s) and steps.

 

The end of the casing is length 190-255 mm and the weldable end of the reducer has a standard length of 130 mm.

 

Reducing Pipe

Reducing pipes are mainly used for the production of pre-insulated reducers.

 

Double Pipe

Double pipes are used for the production of e.g. pre-insulated compensators and valves.

Main Pipe

Main pipes are used for the production of e.g. pre-insulated valves and T-pieces.

We produce a variety of different main pipes, which come in different lengths and with 1, 2 or 3 collars, which can be round and/or oval.

Oval collars are necessary if you have to divide and plane the main pipe in order for it to be welded together again.Huller kan være runde og/eller ovale.

Breeches Pipe

Breeches pipes are used for the production of pre-insulated junctions that are found between single and double pipe system.

Are produced to meet needs and requirements of the individual customer.
