12. Accessories

Salling Plast supplies a wide range of different products, which are primarily used within the district heating industry.

For some of these products we are only suppliers, whilst for others we are also manufacturers.

In both cases we are the guarantors for the quality of the product.

 

12.1. Centerring

Centerrings assure the required space between the carrier pipe and the jacket pipe.

We can supply many different dimensions.

 

12.2. Alarm Accessories

We keep accessories for mounting the different casings, in stock.

 

Alarm outlet 35/20 mm.
Holders for alarm wire can be found in 4 different varieties:
15 mm with 7 mm hole
19 mm with a slit
15 mm with 4 mm hole
23 mm with 4 mm hole

12.3. Circulation Set, Complete

Is used to ensure circulation within a district heating system..

 

12.4. Rubber Seal Ring, Conical

Used as a sealent between inlet fittings and wall/plinth ect.

12.5. Plugs

 

Ventilation plugs can be supplied in Ø21 mm and Ø26 mm.

Weldable plugs can be supplied in Ø22 mm and Ø26 mm.

Mounting tools can be delivered.

Expansion plugs can be supplied in Ø25 mm.

 

12.6. Spindle Extension Pipe

Spindle extension pipes with screw cap can be delivered made of jacket pipe,

oversize jacket pipe or as shrinkable. 

 

12.7. Connection Pipe

Are used for the lining of pre-insulated pipes through concrete channels. Connection pipes ensure a water tight entry and conveyance.
Moreover, the main pipe’s axial movement is transferred to the branch pipe.

Connection pipes are supplied with slate gravel in one end for better adhesion.

 

12.8. Sealent Materials

12.8.1. End Caps

End caps are mounted to the end of a pipe to ensure that water/moisture does not get in between the jacket pipe and the carrier pipe. They are available for both single and double pipes.

End caps are available as an open model, which makes it possible to mount on an existing pipe system.

12.8.2. Sleeves

Sleeves can be used as a sealent in a casing joint and also as a sealent for a roof outlet.

 

There are two types of sleeves: one closed and one open with weldable closure.
Dimension coverage for the closed type is Ø63 up to Ø560 mm; is to be mounted together with the casing. Standard width: 150 mm and 225 mm.

In principle, the open type can be used for all dimensions; is mounted on the already mounted casing.

Standard width: 150 mm, 225 mm and 300mm.

12.8.3. Adhesive

Adhesive is used as a sealent material between jacket and casing; is supplied loose in rolls of 20.5 m with a width of either 50 mm
or 100 mm.

 

12.9. Protection Cap for Spindle Valve

 

Use as protection of spindle valve/ventilation.

Can be delivered as shrinkable.
